Beating COVID-19 in Our Auto Shop

Is an automotive service shop an essential business? You bet it is! Even though the nation still hasn’t fully reopened, you still need your vehicle, especially if you work in an essential business, too, and are driving every day as normal. Accurate Auto has never taken our customers for granted and we never will. We have taken steps to ensure our customers’ safety so they bring the automobile in for service and repair without worry during this very difficult time. Here’s what we’re doing to protect you.

No Contact Drop-off and Pick-up

It doesn’t matter if you are in the high-risk categories of those more susceptible to catching COVID-19 or whether you are simply being extra cautious, we know you might not want to come in like normal and talk with us face-to-face, even with face masks on. As such, we have made adjustments to our check-in and checkout processes to ensure that you, our customer, and us stay safe. If you need to have work done on your car, truck, or SUV, you can either

  • Park your vehicle in the designated parking area, fill out the request form found at the Key Drop box, and then drop your keys and form into the box. We’ve always had this option available to our customers after hours, but now, you can use it while we’re open, too.
  • We will also allow you to park your vehicle along the curbside in front of our shop and pick it up there, too, so you don’t have to come inside. Just call us from your mobile phone when you get here and we’ll get you set up for your service or repair over the phone.
  • We can also come to you if you live near any of our shops. During the COVID-19 crisis, we are offering local customers free pick-up and drop-off services of their automobiles. We’ll come get your vehicle, take it to our shop, perform the work, and then bring it back.

These services are designed to ensure you can have the preventative maintenance or repair work done on your car, truck, or SUV during this pandemic without worrying about catching COVID-19.

Additional Precautions

We are also taking additional precautions when we work on your automobile. We are wearing latex gloves to ensure we protect your vehicle from COVID-19 transmission through touch. We also disinfect the areas where we touched your vehicle before returning it to you as an added layer of precaution. We are also keeping our shop, waiting area, and bathrooms thoroughly disinfected.
