Bring Your Vehicle to Accurate Auto if the Transmission Is Acting Strange

Whether you drive a manual or automatic transmission, you should bring your vehicle to our shop as soon as possible if the transmission is acting strange. Inability to Switch Gears

Assuming for the moment that you drive an automatic transmission, if the transmission is unable to shift through the gear cycle, it needs immediate attention. Before it refuses to shift outright, you may notice that the transmission hesitates for extended periods between gear shifts.

Slipping Into Neutral

The transmission may also start to slip into neutral while you are driving. When this happens, you will suddenly lose power but the engine’s RPMs will increase significantly. A slipping transmission is definitely a sign of a transmission it needs to be repaired.

All the transmissions can also spring fluid leaks. The fluid can leak out of the transmission pan gasket or the transmission pan. It can also leak out of the torque converter or the transmission hoses. Transmission fluid is red and it leaks from underneath the center of your automobile.

Vibration or Shaking
